CPA Review Twin Cities LLC combines a thorough review of CPA exam content with an exceptionally strong focus on exam-taking strategy. Review courses are taught in person by expert faculty who are thoroughly familiar with trends in exam content. Our lectures, along with the completion of focused assignments, yield a high probability of success on the exam.

The CPA exam is a rigorous, demanding professional exam characterized by demanding multiple choice questions and computer "simulation" problems. The technical knowledge gained as part of your university training is an important ingredient for passing the exam. You must, however, also become expert on CPA exam techniques and strategies. Our review combines these elements into a logical and efficient study plan designed to make you a successful candidate.

The typical CPA candidate in the Twin Cities has graduated from outstanding accounting programs found in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and other Midwestern states. These candidates frequently lead the nation in exam pass rates. Accordingly, unlike large national reviews, we do not need to design our review to fit the needs of candidates with relatively weak academic backgrounds. Such review programs often bore qualified candidates with elementary concepts, canned presentations, and in-class homework. CPA Review Twin Cities, by concentrating on the needs of highly qualified and motivated candidates, is able to cover all areas in a reasonable amount of class time.

Our CPA Exam Pass Rates

A survey of our students for the period 2007 - 2009 was conducted to determine their success in passing the CPA examination after taking our courses. Many of our students take parts of the exam before starting our program, either using self-study or another CPA preparatory course. Consequently, we determined that the most appropriate statistics to report would be combined results from the first and second attempts on each part of the examination. The data below show pass rates for only those students who took our related course offering before taking that part of the CPA exam.

  • Auditing & Attestation - 71%
  • Business Environment & Concepts - 75%
  • Financial Accounting & Reporting - 69%
  • Regulation - 82%
